Iona College, Geelong engaged Morton+Co to review their masterplan in order to accommodate increasing enrolments, and plan for future developments.

The staged developments required the review of the functional areas including the review of the general learning areas, library / resources, science and art, performing arts, car parking, relocatable buildings and the physical education / multi‐purpose hall.

The recently completed Learning Centre and Gym projects at Iona College, Charlemont, delivers state-of-the-art educational and recreational facilities. The project includes 14 new classrooms, an additional gymnasium court, a modern food technology and kitchen and canteen area.

Morton+Co are currently working on the next Stage 4 projects which will deliver the remaining elements of the secondary school including a new student services / administration and library centre.

This project reflects a commitment to high-quality educational infrastructure, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for students and staff.
