Bellbrae Primary School was formerly named Jan Juc Primary School and was opened in 1861 with 35 enrolments. The school has grown considerably since that time. STEM Studio spaces complement the contemporary learning spaces, encouraging students to explore and be engaged by the sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics areas.

The facilities also include Art and Specialist Music areas and storage, as well as flexible spaces that promote one to one, small groups, class groups, team work and reflection.

Break-out /collaborative learning areas which provide a comfortable and safe environment have also been an integral part of the overall design.
